We have quickly become the industry leader by offering a quick turn around on water testing, no additional charge for rush service and we are open 7 days a week! Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday-Sunday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

If the house you are selling is on well water you may need one or all of these tests:

Bacteria
Lead
Nitrate/Nitrite
Mineral

You may want to consider a Chlorination of the well and plumbing lines if:

Plumbing work was done recently
The home has been unoccupied
Excessive rain
Have a crock style well

Most conventional loans only require Bacteria test and in most cases testing is complete in 1-2 days.

FHA and VHDA type of financing can require Bacteria, Lead, Nitrate/Nitrite. Testing can take up to 7 days to complete.

Inspections and Repairs
We can meet with Home Inspectors during the home inspection to evaluate an exsisting water filter system at no charge!
